I can't complain too much. Driving out to hotlanta tmrw to drop my brother off at the airport but on time restraints. Considered heading out early yesterday so I could attend the gnostic mass at the dove and serpent there but I'd gone out drinking late the night before - early that morning with a few friends and was in no shape to make the trek. Oh well.

Nothing out of the ordinary, unfortunately. Just mindlessly following the government's scheme to educate me on matters I'll never use in the future and wasting 12+ years of my childhood/young-adulthood in order to do so. Other than that, pretty much lurking and shib.

As unpleasant as these institutions are they do prepare many for a lifetime of soul-crushing wage slavery later, hopefully you'll escape that end. Make the most of your time and try to research whatever appeals to you now and in the future you might be able to apply it towards building a legacy or doing something awesome down the line. Don't forget to engage and challenge your teachers (as well as yourself) from time to time too. Not all of them were always as jaded and boring as they may appear but their work and the general BS of life grinds on them as well. Things tend to get a little more interesting in college anyway. /ramble

Definitely. Do as much research as you can and when you find a place you like seek out people that are either in or have completed the program you go for. They're usually more than happy to tell you which professors to avoid and how to navigate/dodge potential pitfalls along the way.
