Having sex with someone one year younger than you should not be grounds for sex offender registration. What if the girl gets pregnant? If she's a christian and refuses to abort then this guy will have a kid he can't legally meet and she'll have to either raise the kid herself (which she probably would, being christian) as a single mother or put it up for adoption. How are lawmakers seriously this retarded?

Well, we don't actually know if she sent nude photos, the article doesn't specify. From the current legal perspective, instigating doesn't count. If she was miming a blowjob while clothed, that's technically no different than a photo of her in a full snowsuit.
