Topic: Some observations about leadership on this website

I have noticed while lurking on TC and on MC that the administration and moderatorship on both sites is quite odd.

As far as this site, I do not agree with some of the arbitrary modship granted to users not able to conduct the critical thinking necessary to make correct decisions in banning and editing posts.

Also there was the whole DM debacle in which the admin of this site handed over the website to Moot while DM went crazy making up stories of taking down kimmo and being a chef, he was rightfully banned however.

Most importantly I believe it is the lackadaisical governing process of this website's admin that takes the cake for shoddy leadership traits, as he is well known for leaving the site in the hands of drunkards and trolls, and getting drunk himself while trying to fix bugs in the mobile version of this site.

If this site is to gain a more intelligent and worthwhile userbase then it is up to the leadership to seriously consider making a few changes.
