The moral argument for and against the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki can go on for hours. Japanese war crimes from WWII can be talked about for hours... but so could war crimes committed by the allies including America and Britain. No superpower or nation is sacrosanct. Japan's economy is the third largest in the world and it's a fucking island, about 3.5x as large as cali, so clearly, they've moved on.
