Anyone who wants to test this out. Go to a WiFi hot spot or try a VPN.
You will discover two things. One you cannot vote in a poll because the software will recognize you as a new user and new users cannot vote in polls.
And you cannot even upload a photo because the same software demands you post a certain number of times before you can upload images.
And YES I baited with the help of two other posters, into getting TGComix aka Merrin aka Murran into trying that as an excuse to think the polls could be messed with.

I suspect Sysops can set the limit numbers. The software developer for current software put in a lot of anti-spam controls with different settings. Later the Sysops here added stuff and left out other stuff from the software.
Bottom line however is that On looked at the IP's that voted and posted that the poll was not fucked with.

Current results follow past ratios. TG-Murren-Merrin is again doing not so much so good again.

No, the "bottom line" is that I regularly vote multiple times in polls, in fact I did so in the one you just linked to where you said On checked it and found nothing untoward. It is very easy to samefag polls and it's bizarre you don't already know that.
